Dear Lord, I pray for those who do not speak peace and instead devise deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land. Please soften their hearts and help them to see the harm they are causing. May they turn away from their deceitful ways and seek to bring peace and unity to those around them. I also pray for those who are quiet in the land, that they may find the courage to speak up against injustice and stand up for what is right. Give them strength and wisdom to navigate difficult situations and to be a voice for the voiceless. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse is warning the reader to be cautious of those who speak deceitfully against peaceful individuals.
