Dear God, please do not allow my adversaries to have their way with me. Protect me from their desires and schemes. False witnesses have risen up against me, spreading lies and cruelty. Please give me strength and wisdom to overcome their attacks and to stand firm in the truth. Help me to trust in your justice and to find peace in your presence. Amen.

Verse: Don’t deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen up against me, such as breathe out cruelty.
Psalms 27:12

This is a Command. The verse is a plea to God to not allow the reader to be handed over to their enemies who are spreading lies and cruelty.
