Praying from Psalms 27:10. Themes: Abandonment, Trust, Protection.

Dear Yahweh,

I come to you today with a heavy heart, feeling abandoned and alone. But I know that your promise is true, that when my father and my mother forsake me, you will take me up.

I claim this promise today, Lord. I trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to your children. I know that you will never leave me nor forsake me, and that you are always with me, even in the darkest of times.

Thank you for being my refuge and my strength. Thank you for being my rock and my salvation. I put my trust in you, and I know that you will never let me down.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up.
Psalms 27:10

This is a Promise. The verse promises that even if a person’s parents abandon them, Yahweh will take care of them.
