Dear Lord, I come before you today to declare that you are great and mighty in power. Your understanding is infinite, and there is nothing that you do not know. I claim the promise that you will always be with me, guiding me and leading me in the right direction. I trust in your power and wisdom, knowing that you will never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you for being my Lord and Savior. Amen.

Psalms 147:5

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God is great, mighty, and has infinite understanding. It is not giving a command to the reader.
