Praying from Psalms 138:8. Themes: Providence, Love, Redemption.
Dear Yahweh,
I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I thank you for your promise that you will fulfill that which concerns me. I trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to your word.
I pray that you will continue to guide me and direct my steps according to your will. Help me to trust in your plan for my life and to have faith that you will bring to completion the good work that you have started in me.
I thank you for your loving kindness that endures forever. May your love continue to surround me and fill me with peace and joy.
I pray that you will not forsake the works of your own hands. Help me to be a vessel of your love and grace, and to bring glory to your name in all that I do.
Thank you for your faithfulness and your goodness. I trust in you, Yahweh, and I claim your promise that you will fulfill that which concerns me.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands.
Psalms 138:8
This is a Promise. The verse promises that Yahweh will fulfill what concerns the reader and that his loving kindness endures forever. The plea at the end of the verse is not a command, but a request to not forsake the works of Yahweh’s own hands.
