Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you are the King who sent and freed me, even the ruler of peoples, and let me go free. Thank you for your unfailing love and mercy that has set me free from the bondage of sin and death. I trust in your faithfulness and goodness, knowing that you will always be with me and guide me on the path of righteousness. May I always remember your grace and live a life that honors you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how the king freed someone, but there is no command given to the reader.
