Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in Proverbs 3:20 that says, “By his knowledge, the depths were broken up, and the skies drop down the dew.” I believe that you have the power to break through any obstacle in my life and provide me with the blessings I need. I pray that you will grant me the knowledge and wisdom to navigate through any challenges that come my way. May your blessings rain down upon me like the dew from the skies. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how God’s knowledge and power are responsible for the natural phenomena of the breaking up of the depths (possibly referring to the creation of the oceans) and the dropping of dew from the skies.
