Dear Lord, please grant me the wisdom to recognize the precious treasure and oil that you have placed in my life. Help me to use these gifts for your glory and to bless others. Protect me from foolishness and greed that would cause me to waste or misuse these blessings. May I always be a good steward of the resources you have entrusted to me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man swallows it up.
Proverbs 21:20

This is a Command. The verse is advising the reader to be wise and not foolish, in order to attain precious treasure and oil.
