Prayer based on Proverbs 20:21. Themes: Inheritance, Blessing, Consequences.

Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that an inheritance quickly gained at the beginning won’t be blessed in the end. I pray that you would help me to remember this truth as I make decisions and pursue opportunities in my life. May I always seek your guidance and wisdom, and may I never be tempted to take shortcuts or compromise my values in order to gain wealth or success. Instead, may I trust in your provision and follow your plan for my life, knowing that the blessings you have in store for me are far greater than any temporary gain. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise of your blessings. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
