Prayer based on Proverbs 12:4. Themes: Marriage, Honor, Respect

Dear Lord, please help me to be a worthy woman who brings honor and joy to my husband. May I be a crown of beauty and strength to him, and may my actions and words always reflect your love and grace. Help me to avoid being a disgraceful wife who brings shame and pain to my husband. May I never be like rottenness in his bones, but instead, may I be a source of life and vitality to him. Thank you for the gift of marriage, and please guide me to be the kind of wife that you desire me to be. Amen.

Verse: A worthy woman is the crown of her husband,but a disgraceful wife is as rottenness in his bones.
Proverbs 12:4

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to strive to be a worthy woman and not a disgraceful wife.
