Dear God, please grant me the wisdom to never despise my neighbor. Help me to understand the value of holding my peace and to be a person of understanding. May I always seek to build relationships with those around me and never tear them down with words or actions. Thank you for your guidance and love. Amen.

Verse: One who despises his neighbor is void of wisdom, but a man of understanding holds his peace.
Proverbs 11:12

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to hold their peace and not despise their neighbor.
