Praying from Matthew 7:18 relating to Fruit, Good vs. Evil, Corruption
Dear God, please help me to be a good tree that produces good fruit. May my thoughts, words, and actions be aligned with your will and bring forth love, kindness, and goodness. Protect me from corruption and guide me to always choose what is right and just. Thank you for your grace and mercy. Amen.
Verse: A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit.
Matthew 7:18
This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to examine their own actions and character, as a good tree cannot produce evil fruit and a corrupt tree cannot produce good fruit.
