Praying from Matthew 4:9 relating to Temptation, Worship, Power

Dear Lord, please help me resist the temptation to worship anything or anyone other than you. Help me to remember that true blessings come from you alone and that I should never compromise my faith for worldly gain. Strengthen me to stand firm in my beliefs and to always put you first. Amen.

Verse: He said to him, “I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”
Matthew 4:9
