Dear Lord, please grant me the discernment to not be swayed by false claims of your presence. Help me to trust in your word and not be led astray by those who would deceive me. May I always seek you with a pure heart and a steadfast faith, knowing that you are always with me, even in the midst of the wilderness. Amen.

Verse: “If therefore they tell you, ‘ Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ don’t go out; or ‘ Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ don’t believe it.
Matthew 24:26

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader not to believe false reports about the whereabouts of someone.
