Praying from Matthew 13:32. Themes: Growth, Greatness, Hospitality.
Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that even though my faith may start small, it has the potential to grow into something great. Just like the mustard seed, I pray that my faith will grow and become a tree that provides shelter and refuge for those around me. May my life be a testimony to your goodness and grace, and may others find rest and peace in the branches of my faith. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you will never leave me nor forsake me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: which indeed is smaller than all seeds. But when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in its branches.”
Matthew 13:32
This is a Promise. The verse is describing the growth of a mustard seed into a large tree, which is a metaphor for the growth of the kingdom of God. The promise is that the kingdom of God will grow and provide shelter for all who seek it.
