Praying from Matthew 12:20. Themes: Compassion, Justice, Victory.
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you won’t break a bruised reed and you won’t quench a smoking flax. I thank you for your tender and compassionate heart towards those who are hurting and broken. I pray that you would heal the bruises in my life and restore me to wholeness. I ask that you would fan the flame of my faith and not let it be extinguished. I trust that you will lead justice to victory in my life and in the world around me. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: He won’t break a bruised reed. He won’t quench a smoking flax, until he leads justice to victory.
