Dear God, I come to you today with a heart full of fear and anxiety. But I know that you have promised that I should not be afraid, for I am of more value than many sparrows. Help me to hold onto this promise and to trust in your love and care for me. May I find peace in the knowledge that I am precious in your sight and that you will always be with me, no matter what. Thank you for your unfailing love and for the assurance that I am never alone. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
