Praying from Mark 4:12. Themes: Salvation, Forgiveness, Understanding
Dear Lord, help me to see and perceive your truth, and to hear and understand your word. May I never be blinded by my own pride or ignorance, but always be open to your guidance and wisdom. Please keep me from turning away from you, and forgive me for my sins. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and to always seek your will above my own. Amen.
Verse: that ‘ seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest perhaps they should turn again, and their sins should be forgiven them.’”

This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader to not understand or perceive in order to prevent forgiveness of sins.
