Dear Lord, we come before you humbly and acknowledge that the ax lies at the root of the trees. We pray that you help us produce good fruit in our lives, so that we may not be cut down and thrown into the fire. Please guide us and give us the strength to live a life that is pleasing to you. Help us to be a light in this world and to bear fruit that glorifies your name. We ask for your forgiveness for any areas in our lives where we have fallen short, and we pray for your grace and mercy to help us grow and produce good fruit. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: Even now the ax also lies at the root of the trees. Every tree therefore that doesn’t produce good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.”
