Dear Lord, as I walk through life, I pray that you would be with me and help me to find joy in all circumstances. When I am feeling sad or discouraged, I ask that you would come alongside me and lift my spirits. Help me to remember that you are always with me, and that I can find comfort and hope in your presence. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the peace that comes from knowing you. Amen.

Verse: He said to them,“What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”
Luke 24:17

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to pay attention to their emotions and thoughts and to examine why they may be feeling sad or down.
