Dear Lord, I claim the promise in Luke 14:32 that says, “Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sends an envoy and asks for conditions of peace.” I pray that even when I am far from you, you will send your envoy to me and ask for conditions of peace. May I always be open to your call and willing to surrender to your will. Thank you for your never-ending love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
