Lord, I declare with all my heart, “I believe!” I believe in your power, your love, and your grace. I believe that you are the one true God, and I worship you with all that I am. Thank you for your promise to always be with me, to guide me, and to never leave me. I trust in you completely, and I know that you will never let me down. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse describes the action of a man who declares his belief in Jesus and worships him. There is no explicit command given to the reader.
