Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you have given us in your word. I claim the promise that you have made to the daughter of Zion, that our King will come riding on a donkey’s colt. I pray that you will help me to not be afraid, but to trust in your plan and your timing. I pray that you will prepare my heart to receive our King with joy and reverence. May I always remember that you are in control and that your promises are true. Thank you for your love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

John 12:15
