Praying from James 1:19 relating to Wisdom, Self-control, Patience.
Dear God, my beloved Father, please help me to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. Give me the patience and wisdom to listen attentively to others, to think before I speak, and to control my emotions when I am provoked. Help me to be a peacemaker and to show love and kindness to those around me. Thank you for your guidance and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
