Praying from Ephesians 5:9 relating to Fruit, Spirit, Goodness
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. I pray that you would fill me with your Spirit so that I may bear this fruit in my life. Help me to walk in goodness, doing what is right and pleasing to you. May I always seek after righteousness, living a life that is holy and pure. And may I always speak the truth, even when it is difficult or unpopular. Thank you for your promise that your Spirit will produce this fruit in me. I trust in your power to transform me and make me more like you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control) can be found in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. It is a promise that if one seeks these qualities, they will find the fruit of the Spirit.
