Dear Lord, as I come before you today, I am reminded of the words you spoke to Moses, “Take off your sandals, for the place where you stand is holy ground.” I pray that you would help me to approach you with reverence and awe, recognizing that you are holy and worthy of all honor and praise. May I never take for granted the privilege of coming into your presence, and may I always be mindful of the holiness of the ground on which I stand. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the privilege of knowing you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
