Dear Lord,
I come before you today, claiming the promise that not a hair will perish from any of our heads. I thank you for your protection and provision in our lives.
I pray that you would give us the wisdom to take care of our physical bodies, including nourishing ourselves with food. I ask that you would bless the food we eat and use it to strengthen us and keep us healthy.
Thank you for your constant care and love for us. May we always trust in your promises and rely on your strength.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
