Praying from 2 Corinthians 3:11. Themes: Glory, Permanence, Transformation.
Dear Lord, I claim the promise that if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory. I trust in your unfailing love and believe that you have great plans for my life. I pray that you help me to focus on the things that remain and not be distracted by the things that pass away. May your glory shine through me and may I always be a reflection of your love and grace. Thank you for your promises and for your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: For if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.
2 Corinthians 3:11
This is a Promise. The verse is assuring the reader that the glory of what remains (presumably referring to eternal life or the afterlife) is even greater than the glory of what passes away (presumably referring to earthly life).
