Praying from 1 Corinthians 7:1. Themes: Sexuality, Marriage, Celibacy.

Dear Lord, I come before you with a humble heart, seeking your guidance and wisdom. As I reflect on the verse, “Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman,” I pray that you help me understand the deeper meaning behind these words.

Lord, I ask that you grant me the strength and self-control to resist temptation and to honor the sanctity of physical intimacy. Help me to recognize the value and worth of every person, and to treat them with respect and dignity.

May I always seek your will and follow your commandments, even when it may be difficult or unpopular. I pray that you guide me in all my relationships, and that I may always strive to honor you in all that I do.

Thank you for your love and grace, and for the gift of your word. May it continue to guide and shape my life, now and always. Amen.
