Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that I am already filled and have become rich in you. I claim this promise and declare that I am walking in abundance and prosperity in every area of my life. I thank you for the authority and power you have given me to reign in this life. I declare that I am reigning with you and I am grateful for the privilege to do so. I pray that others may also come to know this truth and reign with us. Thank you for your faithfulness and goodness towards me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: You are already filled. You have already become rich. You have come to reign without us. Yes, and I wish that you did reign, that we also might reign with you!

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the reader is already filled and rich, and has come to reign without the speaker. The speaker expresses a wish that they could also reign with the reader.
