Dear Lord,

Thank you for being the door to the sheepfold. I pray that I always enter through you and follow your ways. Please protect me from the thieves and robbers who try to lead me astray. Help me to discern the right path and stay on it. May I always trust in your guidance and seek your will.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: “Most certainly, I tell you, one who doesn’t enter by the door into the sheep fold, but climbs up some other way, is a thief and a robber.
John 10:1

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to enter the sheep fold through the door and not by climbing up some other way, as doing so would make them a thief and a robber.
