Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that the prospect of the righteous is joy. I claim this promise for my life and ask that you help me to live a righteous life that brings joy to myself and those around me. I also pray for those who are living in wickedness, that they may turn to you and find hope in your love and grace. May their hopelessness perish and be replaced with the hope that comes from knowing you. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promises that you have given us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
