Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word. You have promised to strike our adversaries backward and put them to a perpetual reproach. I pray that you will do this for me and for all those who trust in you. May our enemies be defeated and may they be put to shame. May your name be glorified as we see your power at work in our lives. Thank you for your faithfulness and for your promises that never fail. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
