Dear God, I thank you for the promise that I am like a green olive tree in your house. I trust in your loving kindness forever and ever. Help me to always remember this promise and to trust in you completely. May my life be a reflection of your love and grace, and may I bear fruit that glorifies your name. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the assurance that I am secure in your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 52:8

This is a Promise. The verse is a declaration of the Psalmist’s trust in God’s loving kindness, and his confidence that he will continue to flourish like a green olive tree in God’s house.
